Cooking Event in a Ticino Grotto

Experience a convivial event in an authentic, electricity-free grotto and immerse yourself in the world of Ticino cuisine. In a relaxed atmosphere, we’ll cook traditional specialties and enjoy each other’s company around the fire.

The menu features typical classics such as polenta, minestrone, risotto, grilled dishes, caprese salad, baked potatoes, and a delicious dessert – all inspired by rustic Ticino cuisine and prepared in the traditional way, over an open fire, without electricity.

Participants will be divided into cooking groups and prepare the dishes together at the fire ring or directly over the fire. Step by step, a diverse menu will be created, which we will then enjoy together. Look forward to good food, lots of fun, cooking together, and a special atmosphere – an experience that is guaranteed to be memorable.
